A combination of cardio exercises and abs exercises is the perfect combination to get your flat abs. Cardio exercises will help you burn general body fat, so when you lose body fat you will see faster results while developing those sculpted abs. Remember, you need to burn 3500 calories to get rid of 1 pound of body fat.

Abs exercises alone will not help you get rid of all the thick stored fat around your midsection. However, doing a cardio exercise routine will help you boost your metabolism and burn general stored fat, which obviously include that fat around your midsection. This is your main key to get your flat abs fast and eliminate those love handles, or if you prefer to call it your spare tire. Today, is your chance to take action and work towards your goal: achieve your well-defined abs, toned mid-section, flat tummy, and abs of steel.

I know... I understand you. Those extra rolls of fat around the waistline are terrible. So, you better take action and follow my advice to improve your image. Fact is you already have your abdominal muscles. The point is that they're just hidden under a layer of stored fat. Hence, your target is to boost your metabolism to make your body burn calories, which you can do by doing at least 30 minutes cardio exercise. I am telling you this based on my own experience. Fact is the lower your body fat percentage, the best way to get your flat abs faster. Hey, not only your abs will look toned and sculpted, but also your entire body will look fit without those unwanted stored fat.

Therefore, listen carefully. A permanently lean waistline and flat toned abs requires a long-term commitment to a low fat, healtier eating plan. Try to consume lots of fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, grains, fiber, your protein.

EXERCISES TO FIRM YOUR ABS, TONE YOUR MIDSECTION, ELIMINATE LOVE HANDLES

Here is an example to help you start your Cardio and Abs exercises to get those flat abs. Besides the traditional crunches, you can include bicycle exercise, reverse crunches, and so on to tone and get a flat belly. A simple advice to help you keep focused is to have your DAILY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNAL to keep track of your exercises, improvements, diet, water intake, and so on.

C. Get a partner and go jogging.

Monday and Thursday - Abdominal exercises (you need to let your abs muscles rest 2 days to help you shape those sculpted abs) Therefore, do not make the mistake of doing daily abs exercises because it will sabotage your plan to get those flat abs.

Purpose: Trim, sculpt, tone, and tighten your abdominals.

Your abs workout can start with a routine of 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 30 minutes toning. This depends on your available time, commitment, and resistance.

In the meantime, you can start by doing some of these ABS EXERCISES to start sculpting your abs and get those flat abs.

1. The Bicycle

2 sets or 3 15-20 repetitions

Reportedly, the American Council on Exercise, indicates that the bicycle exercise is one of the best exercise to target the rectus abdominis, the obliques to eliminate love handles or spare tire.

1. Lie face up on the floor, keep your fingers behind your head.
2. Now, bring your knees in towards the chest while lifting the shoulder blades off the ground. Attention: don't pull your neck while doing this move.
3. Imitate the bicycle movement by extending your left leg out just to about a 45-degree angle while simultaneously turning your upper body to the right side, bringing your left elbow towards your right knee. 4. Repeat the movement with the other side and alternate just as pedaling your bicycle.

Now, listen carefully, these exercises alone will not give you a magic spot reduction as there is no spot reduction without burning general stored fat. This is the reason why you need to include a CARDIO exercise routine to help you eliminate body fat, deflat your belly, and get rid of a bloated tummy. Have in mind that achieving toned abs is a complete process: diet, exercises, and your nutrition.

Saturday and Sunday - Participate in physical activities, go out, dance, jog, run, swim, hike. For example, record your favorite songs and dance!!! You will enjoy your music, dance, and burn body fat. Bottom line, enjoy your favorite cardio activity. Belly dancing is a great exercise way to tone your abs and develop your sensuality.

Suggested Weight Loss Program to Lose Weight, Burn Stored Fat, and Keep the Weight Off:

1. For a healthy diet meal plan, you can eat every 3 hours healthy meal choices, making a total of 5 or 6 meals (small-moderate) a day to increase your ability to burn stored fat, increase your metabolic rate, and keep lean muscles, instead of just eating 2 or 3 large meals a day. Make sure to include protein for breakfast and dinner. Have a balanced menu, do not go to extremes. Avoid junk food or super size me portions. I suggest a Mediterranean diet, which I see it as a healthy way of eating not as a diet, consisting of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, bread, grains, olive oil (monounsaturated fat source), dairy products, fish and poultry, moderate red meat, and wine (optional).

For example:
Breakfast
Snack after 3 hours
Lunch
Snach after 3 hours
Dinner
light snack (depends at what time you go to sleep)

2. Exercise at least 3 times a week 30-60 min. cardio, and every 2 days weight lifting to tone your muscles and avoid stretch marks.

3. You may add some nutritional supplementes based on your needs.

4. Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily to flush toxins, eliminate waste, keep hydrated.

5. Have 2-3 cups of green tea daily to boost your metabolism and burn fat faster.
